Sian Haynes

Sian has worked at Northampton Saints for five years after moving from motor sport at Silverstone to rugby at Franklin’s Gardens. She heads up the department by controlling the budget and, for the majority of time, her workforce who total four full-time members of staff, as well as a whole host of part-time coaches who are made up of members of Northampton Saints’ Academy. Sian is Northampton born and bred, and her Welsh father made sure rugby was always a priority –  a perfect combination for a career at Franklin’s Gardens. Sian spends her spare time (when she has any) with her family, including her daughter Isobel, dog Bert and cats Maisie and Jasper.

Hannah Mackrill

A qualified RFU referee and touch judge, Hannah joined the Saints in July 2006 to become community executive. Hannah has supported the Saints since 1999 when she began studying at Northampton University for her law degree and decided to come down to the Gardens to see what it was all about. After four years as a paralegal, she decided to leave law for a well-deserved break and venture into a career in sport. Hannah continued her studies via a distance learning masters, however, which she completed earlier this year.

Ross Stewart  

Community officer Ross joined Saints on September 23rd, 2005,  after completing a sports studies degree at De Montfort University, Bedford. A former Bedford Blues player, Ross also has a wad of coaching qualifications in rugby, including Tag rugby, which is favoured by many primary schools in the East Midlands catchment area. He has also worked with Bedford’s Academy.

Away from Saints, Ross plays for Bedford Athletic, is vice-chairman of his local Young Farmers’ Club, likes a bit of windsurfing and the odd round of golf.
