School Packages
Saints in the Schools
As the most popular package in the brochure, Saints offer the opportunity for
Primary Schools to receive expert coaching to improve the tag rugby skills
of any age group within your school.
Sessions will be designed around the needs and requirements of the school, and
include fun rugby orientated activities or more specific coaching sessions aimed at
developing different areas of the game.
We now offer breakfast clubs, with the emphasis on multi-skills activities and
games, as well as our usual lunch time and after school club .
Price: From £3 per child per session – minimum of 15 pupils and 4 weeks.

Day of Rugby
This new package is a great way to introduce the game of Rugby to your
school, or simply provide a whole day of fun filled Rugby sessions for each
class. You may be having an activities day or a day with different sports, this
package would be just right for all of these scenarios.
The day includes rugby coaching sessions for each year group, our very own KPR
(Kick, Pass, Run) challenge at lunch and break times, free goody bags for each
pupil, a visit form our mascot Bernie, Photos of your day and when available an
appearance from a Saints player.
Price: £250
Coaching/Stadium Tour
Whether you have a group of pupils interested in the Saints, Rugby in
general, or have a topic on stadia in school, this package provides
pupils with a chance to have an in-depth, behind the scenes look at a
professional working stadium, as well as have a practical coaching session from
Saints Coaches.
The tour will include a look at the stadium, executive boxes, 1st and away team
changing rooms, fitness gym, training pitches, trophy room and much more.
The group will also receive a Saints rugby ball and each pupil will receive a free
goody bag.
Can be for 2 or 4 hours: £65 or £110
Maximum: 35 children
Reward Day
This package is ideal for schools looking to reward pupils for anything from
good attendance, behaviour, academic or extra curricular performance, with
a great day out the home of the Saints.
The day will include a practical rugby session from Saints coaches, a full stadium
tour (see package 4 for more details), ICT/team games in the Saints Study Centre, a
free goody bag for each pupil, a Saints rugby ball for the group plus a certificate (can
include more or less of each depending on needs and desires).
Price: £250
PPA Cover
Differing from the Saints in the Schools package, this is perfect for Primary
Schools looking for Saints Coaches to deliver Tag Rugby sessions in
curriculum time to cover teachers PPA sessions.
All sessions are tailored to your schools needs, and consist of fun rugby games,
tactical and technical aspects of the game and development towards a full game of
rugby.
Duration: 1 to 6 hours
Number of pupils: Max 35 per coach
Price: From £35 per hour per coach / £150 full day

Secondary Schools
We are very keen to work more with Secondary Schools and offer a wide
range of aspects within Rugby. Whether you are looking for extra help
in P.E lessons, to provide extra Rugby sessions to improve players/
teams skills, or to help teams prepare for games, we are able to provide high
quality, innovative coaching for your school.
We can provide coaching for any aspect of the game you are looking to improve,
from:
• Strength & Conditioning/ Fitness
• Position specific coaching
• The breakdown, continuity, decision making, attack, defence, kicking, spatial
awareness, contact skills, handling, footwork, or anything you feel the group
need to work on.
It could be a one-off or a weekly session depending on your needs, during P.E
lessons, lunch times or after school.
Price: £40 p/h
Live like a Saint
Saints offer a series of workshops that focus on meeting the criteria of the
GCSE, B-Tech, AS/A Level Syllabus for P.E or Sport Studies. Schools or
Colleges visit Franklins Gardens for either a day or half a day, and begin their
trip with a full tour of the stadium. The tour encompasses a behind the scenes look
at the changing rooms, trophy cabinets, physiotherapy suite, fitness gym, training
facilities and the player lounge.
The workshops cover a number of topics that can be adapted and changed to suit
different areas of the curriculum / syllabus. At present the most popular workshop
topics are:
• Strength & Conditioning
• Fitness & Testing
• Performance & Match Analysis
• Academy Set-up & Pathway to Excellence
• Diet & Nutrition
• Sports Psychology
• Drugs in Sport• Marketing in Sport
Cost: £150 for a tour of Franklins Gardens & 1 workshop. Additional £50 per
extra workshop.
Duration: 1 hour per workshop, 45 minutes per tour.
The Study Centre
The Saints Study Centre has just achieved national recognition from QISS at
Established Level. It has built up a variety of daytime programmes, in
consultation with schools, specifically aimed at improving the ability of
young learners in a variety of subject areas as well as boosting their self esteem. The
fantastic facilities at the study centre allied to the sporting environment of the Saints
Rugby Club, will engage young people immediately and improve the young
learners approach to learning in all areas of the school curriculum.
Examples of the programmes that have been designed at the study centre include;
Reward Days for school groups of 30 for a variety of reasons including attendance,
good behaviour and positive attitudes towards school life.
Cost £250 per day
Transition programmes for pupils in Year 6 and seven who will be going to their
new Secondary School or have just begun life in their secondary schools. These
days can be used to “gel” a class together at the beginning of Year 7 and give their
new form tutors a chance to get to know their new form groups in this stimulating
environment.

Rugby Tots
The UK’s first rugby specific play programme for young children.
Rugbytots is a weekly play session for children between the ages of two and seven.
Separated into three age groups, Rugbytots combines multiple skills used in rugby
with a fun, energetic and structured play programme designed to enhance your
child’s social and physical skills.
Whether the next step for your child is mini-rugby or ballet, Rugbytots aims to
provide the foundations which will enable them to progress with confidence.
All Rugbytots classes are fully insured and will be run by an RFU qualified lead
coach who is trained in paediatric first aid.
