Teenager Mirko Bergamasco will replace Northampton Saints' Luca Martin for Italy's Six Nations encounter against Scotland on Saturday. The 18-year-old - brother of flanker Mauro - won his first cap as a replacement in the 33-12 defeat against France in Paris a fortnight ago and will line up in the midfield, leaving Martin on the bench. Elsewhere, coach Brad Johnstone has largely kept faith with the side who faced France, with the only other change the inclusion of Giampiero de Carli at loosehead in place of Andrea Lo Cicero who shifts to the bench.
