Northampton Saints' fly-half Paul Grayson and prop Tom Smith will miss out on tomorrow's league home game against The Sharks.
Grayson (ankle) and Smith (shoulder) both sustained injuries in last Sunday's defeat to Newcastle Falcons. James Brooks will play at fly-half and Robbie Morris will swap to loosehead in place of Smith and Matt Stewart will fulfill the tighthead role.
Also not available for selection this week were Jon Phillips (rib), Dan Richmond (knee), Chris Hyndman (concussion), Steve Williams (ill) and Jon Sleightholme (ill).
Tomorrow's match will be a tough one for the depleted Saints side as The Sharks currently ride high in third place and are battling for a first or second spot to win a bye into the Zurich Premiership final or home advantage in the semi-final.
Head coach Wayne Smith said: "We are looking forward to playing Sale, the team that most consistently plays the best rugby in England. We have not beaten them since I have been here, so the challenge is great. When times are tough some men break, others break records. Hopefully, the true character of the team will be shown."
Kick-off for tomorrow's match is at 4pm. Tickets bearing different dates or times for this game will be admitted into the ground. Tickets are still available by calling the ticket office on 01604 581000.
