Northampton Saints' World Cup trio of Steve Thompson, Ben Cohen and Paul Grayson will start Saturday's Heineken Cup game against Agen.
Fellow World Cup medal winner Matt Dawson will not be taking part after suffering a hip strain in training yesterday.
Head coach Wayne Smith said: "It has been difficult for the England players with all the peripheral activities going on but when they have come and trained, they have been spot on. Unfortunately, we cannot run them all out."
He continued: "They are world class players, they are returning in front of home crowd, and I expect them to hold up. The crowd will be big and they have helped us during the last few games here."
Budge Pountney, Steve Williams and Matt Lord are still on the injury list and do not expect to make a return to fitness until mid-January.
