Saturday's game will kick off at 6pm in line with television requests from S4C and is included in the Northampton Saints season ticket holders package.
After last weekend, when the four Welsh teams won three out of their round one matches, Saints will be hoping to build on their three-try win against Worcester, and the Dragons will be hoping to claim another English scalp.
As it stands, Ben Cohen is joint top try-scorer in the competition with his two from last weekend, and either Leicester Tigers or Worcester Warrirors will drop out of contention in pool D depending on who wins at Welford Road on Saturday.
There are still tickets for the Saints v Dragons game, which will be the first time the new South Stand seats will be in use, and they can be bought via this website or by calling 01604 581000.
Chairman Keith Barwell said: "The first team had an excellent week’s training last week and there was a whole buzz about the place, climaxing on Saturday afternoon with a magnificent display of 15 man rugby against Worcester. In our last two games away to Gloucester and Worcester we have scored six tries and we are beginning to gel.
"It's also nice to be gome again! The first team have played eight games this season, three warm-up games, four Guinness Premiership and one Powergen Cup. One at home and seven away. So it will be really joyful to be back at Franklin’s Gardens."
