Last places available for the October half-term course at Long Buckby RFC

There are just a few places available for the holiday course to be held at Long Buckby RFC on the October 25/26/27, 2005. Book now to avoid disappointment. Long Buckby RFC, top CashBacker's from last year, who raised more than £2,500 for the club through the scheme, are delighted to be hosting us later this month. Prices for the course are £80 for the three days, with a £10 discount for Long Buckby RFC members, Bernie's Gang members and family bookings.

COURSE CONTENT

For three days you will be working on developing core skills in a fun yet professional environment that is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Running and handling skills
Tackling
Contact
Working on continuity
Support play
Defence work and alignment
Turnover ball
Rucking and mauling
Space awareness
Game shape and patterns of play
Player question and answer sessions
Tag (for those with little or no rugby experience)
Fitness assessment
Learn how to kick (goal, drop and punt)
Saintsmen awards and certificates
Saints t-shirt and goodies
Team awards~
Opportunity to play contact rugby within age groups (subject to parental consent � please note your child will not take part in contact if a form has not been completed and given back to the community department prior to the course)
Chance to be a Saints Academy Elite Player Development Centre evening
BBQ on final day

£80 per person (£70 for Bernie�s Gang members and Long Buckby RFC members + 10 per cent discount forfamilies booking more than one child
