Saints commercial director Allan Robson said: “In acknowledgement of your disappointment and as a gesture of our appreciation, we have decided to finance complimentary tickets to the quarter-final for the 400 or so supporters who travelled to support the team with a ticket from the club’s own ticket office. We are pretty sure that we have your names and addresses but if you have not received your ticket by February 10, please give us a call.”

Tickets for the quarter-final will go on general sale on Monday, March 6. Season ticket holders have until that date to reserve their seats. However, season ticket holders who book their tickets before Monday, February 20, will also receive a discount of £5 and £3 off the normal adult and concession/junior prices respectively. Those who do take advantage of this early booking offer will also be entered into the priority ballot for tickets for the away semi-final should Saints make it through.
