| Northampton Saints travelled to Newquay yesterday and were immediately given the chance to shake off any stiffness from the long journey with a surf lesson at Lusty Glaze beach this morning. More photos to follow. |
| Success was varied with Darren Fox and Johnny Howard making the more impressive attempts at surfing in the early stages.
