HEINEKEN CUP SEMI-FINAL TRAVEL INFORMATION

Travel information for the Heineken Cup semi-final on Sunday 22nd April 2007.

Please be aware that parking is not permitted around the Ricoh Arena on event days. This encompasses a total area of 2km and protects the local residents. Only residents with permits displayed are the only exception. This area is patrolled on match days and those found without a valid permit will be fined.

There is adequate parking for all fans, either onsite or at a number of Park and Walk sites.

Onsite Parking
There are three car parks with a limited number of spaces available. These are car parks A, B and C, with car park C being the major car park over the road from the Ricoh Arena. To book parking call the dedicated hotline number: 0870 811 6491.

There are also have a number of disabled car parking spaces available in car parks A, B and C. To book a space call the travel hotline. Proof of a disabled badge may be required on the day along with the parking permit.

Please note after the game all cars parked in car parks A and B will be held back after the final whistle. This is to allow the stadium footfall to leave the arena safely. This does not apply for people who have parked in car park C or in any of the Park and Walk sites.

Park and Walk / Park and Rides
As well as onsite parking there are a number of Park and Walk and Park and Ride sites. The Park and Walk sites are within 10 minutes walk from the Ricoh Arena. To book a car parking space please call the travel hotline: 0870 811 6491.

There are two Park and Rides sites. The first is at Jaguar Whitley and is clearly sign posted near the bottom of the A46. This site caters for people travelling from the south and is ideal for those approaching from the M40.

Travel time from the Jaguar Whitley site is approximately 20 minutes   

The second site is the Coventrians Rugby Club and is closer to the stadium. This site is on Middlemarch Rd off Holbrook’s Lane.

ON THE DAY

To celebrate the Heineken Cup semi-final there will be a Heineken Village at the Jaguar Exhibition Hall. This will be open from 11am until kick-off and then following the final whistle. The Village will be clearly signposted from the Ricoh Arena.

The Saints will be selling semi-final merchandise, including the limited edition celebratory t-shirt, in the Village.
