Northampton Saints and Northants 96 agree new partnership deal
Enter into the Northants 96 Village from Saturday
The Northants 96 Village will begin tomorrow
Northampton Saints have announced a partnership with Northants 96. The radio station and rugby club will be working together across the new season to promote rugby in Northamptonshire. The deal involves marketing activity for the radio station at Franklins Gardens and promotional activity for The Saints on Northants 96.

Fans will be able to look forward to additional Saints coverage from Northants 96 on air and online. The station will be providing team coverage pre and post-match, as well as having regular on air appearances from some of the big names from the club.

One of the most significant aspects of the new agreement is the creation of the "Northants 96 Village", at the south end of the stadium. This area is well used by fans prior to home games and will now feature entertainment from Northants 96. In addition, listeners will have the chance to win tickets throughout the season to some of the most exciting games in English rugby.

Colin Paterson, Programme Controller for Northants 96, said: “We're delighted to be an official partner of The Saints. We know how passionate people are about The Saints and we want to make sure that the radio station shows the same enthusiasm. We're looking forward to a very exciting season in the clubs history and we want to make sure we're getting Northamptonshire behind the team.”

Saints marketing manager Brian Facer said: “Saints pioneered the match-day village concept and this partnership takes that onto the next level. Northants 96 is the biggest local station in Northamptonshire and this partnership is a great way for us to get closer to supporters.”
