Long-term injured players Bruce Reihana, Jon Clarke and Neil Starling have returned to training alongside the rest of the squad this week. However, today's session had to be held in the Trinity car park due to the boggy nature of the back pitches.
Reihana, Clarke and Starling were joined by Stephen Myler and Rob Laird for today's session ahead of this Sunday's game against Border Reivers. Laird actually completed a full session yesterday with both Myler and Luke Myring returning to running this week.
Medical manager Cliff Eaton said: "Having discussed the positive influences it may have with both the players and coaches, we decided to integrate Bruce, Jon, Steve and Luke, in particular, back into training with the team. Obviously they will not be able to join in the rugby sessions but they are now ready to run and practise rugby skills."
