The post is initially for one year with further funding possibilities being explored. The person will work within the Northampton Saints community department reporting to the Head of Community. The position will be based at Franklin’s Gardens and you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

The position will see the person planning, delivering and co-ordinating a schools programme for primary, secondary and special schools throughout Northampton working alongside the town’s Schools Sports Partnership.

The ideal candidate will need the following:
· RFU Coaching Qualification (minimum level 1)
· Experience of working and coaching with children and young people delivering sport, ideally rugby
· CRB clearance
· Current, preferably clean, driving licence
