Saints supporters have been queuing outside the Saints Ticket Office all morning for their EDF Energy National Trophy final tickets. Over 5,000 orders for tickets have been received via application form and processed thus far with more application forms arriving all the time. Tickets are currently only on sale to season ticket holders, who are able to order up to six tickets each. They will go on general sale on Saturday morning.
Chief executive Allan Robson is anticipating a sea of Saints support at Twickenham on April 12th.
“The queues that we have had this morning show how much the Saints loyal supporters want to be a part of our day at Twickenham," he said. "Everyone at the club thanks them for their support, as well as their patience and orderly queuing.
“The ticket application process has been very smooth and the ticket office staff have worked extremely hard. Hundreds of application forms have been received and over 5,000 tickets have been processed in only two days.
“Saints ticket allocation is plentiful and there is plenty of time for supporters to get their tickets. But it is clear that there will be a sea of black, green and gold at Twickenham and we’re all looking forward to being a part of it!”
Coach tickets to the final are also selling quickly. Departing from Franklin's Gardens from 7am and returning from Twickenham at 5:30pm, they are the perfect way to travel in style for Saints' big day! Seats cost only £15 and must be booked with your match ticket.
The Saints Ticket Office is open until 7pm this evening. It will also be open between 9am and 5pm on Good Friday and Easter Monday and from 9am on Saturday morning ahead of the National League One match against Exeter Chiefs.
The limited edition National Trophy final t-shirt has also now arrived at the Saints Rugby Store. This too will be open until 7pm this evening and between 9am and 5pm on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
