Dylan Hartley and Ben Foden have been included in the England match day 22 to play Wales on Saturday evening.
Hartley has retained his place in the front row from the Autumn Internationals, while Foden has been drafted onto the replacements' bench.
"We finally have the core guys back in and there's some depth building," said England team manager Martin Johnson. "Every series has felt like starting again in recent years and hopefully we can develop the consistency we got towards the end of last year's Six Nations.
"I think we've got a good enough group of players to go into any Six Nations game thinking about winning. There's no reason we shouldn't be doing that."
The action from Twickenham will be shown live on the big screens at Franklin's Gardens immediately after Saturday's LV= Cup game against Leicester. Tickets are still available with prices starting from just £15 for juniors and concessions and £24 for adults. Click here to order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
