Both courses are designed to enhance and develop all the skills required to excel at rugby union and will be packed with fun and exciting sessions to suit all standards of player. Led by the Academy management team of Alan Dickens, Grant Seely, Ross Stewart and Dusty Hare, as well as the Saints community coaching team (all CRB checked), the courses will increase the players' knowledge and understanding of specific areas of the game, such as contact management, rucking and mauling, defensive organisation, handling, running and evasion skills, decision making, kicking and position specific training.

The five-day course also includes presentations by Guinness Premiership coaches on performance analysis, the pathway into the Saints Academy, and strength and conditioning.

There will also be a wide range of evening activities such as swimming, cricket and barbeques, as well as special guest appearances from Saints players, who will help coach and join in with the rugby sessions (pre-season training schedules permitting).

The course details are as follows:
Five-day course, for Under-12s to Under-17s - Monday, August 9th to Friday, August 13th; £410 per person
Three-day course, for Under-10s and Under-11s - Tuesday, August 10th to Thursday, August 12th; £295 per person
