Saints trio Shane Geraghty, Phil Dowson and Jon Clarke return to the Stadio Comunale in Treviso on Sunday afternoon, this time in the colours of the England Saxons.
The Saxons take on Italy 'A' one week after beating Ireland 'A' with Geraghty and Dowson retaining their respective places at fly half and number eight. Clarke was an unused substitute in Bath but is one of nine players drafted into the starting lineup by head coach Stuart Lancaster.
"The guys put in a great performance last weekend and we hope to back that up with another impressive display against Italy A on Sunday," he said. "We've made quite a few changes to the squad that beat Ireland A last weekend which gives opportunities to the new guys coming in.
