| Waking up at 10.30am on a Monday might not be considered the usual early start to the working week. However, for a Saints Academy player this would be the norm and for good reason. For all those not involved with the 1st XV fixture on a Saturday, Monday nights are the highlight of the week with the opportunity to play for the Wanderers. It is our chance to put all that training into practice and go out on the pitch and play some exciting running rugby, either in a friendly or Guinness ‘A’ League match. |

| Oof! Nothing quite like waking up the day after a game. You feel like you have been hit by a bus and as yesterday's game was against Doncaster it was a double-decker bus! A cup of tea and some scrambled eggs and everything will be ok. I feel a very lazy Sunday coming on... |
