The Northampton Conference Centre boasts one of the largest banqueting facilities in the area.

Up to 500 guests can be comfortably accommodated with ease (including a dancefloor) in our largest suite which also includes the longest and largest bar around! We also have slightly smaller suites which overlook the fantastic Northampton Saints pitch which regularly play host to charity lunches and formal dinners for 150 guests, again all complete with private bar, toilets and additional facilities.

We welcome enquiries for dinners and private events and have the creative flair to work with you and your budget to provide anything from good wholesome fayre to a complete gourmet experience.

Northampton Charity Balls

After several years of experience in hosting fundraising events and charitable functions, we recognise that you are trying to raise money and not spend it! We're able to help you minimise your costs whilst delivering a fantastic event for your paying guests. For example:

- Exclusive use of the suite at Franklin's Gardens

- Four-course sit-down dinner

- Fully staffed private bar, plus a supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the Northampton event

- Our DJ playing your style of music (and requests) until midnight

- Table decorations to compliment the status of the event

- The services of our photographer with photos available to buy on the night (if required)

- Fundraising item(s) donated by Northampton Saints to help generate additional profit

School Proms and Leavers Balls

Bored and fed up of being told what you can and can't do? Your school prom needs to be full of whatever YOU want it to be. This is YOUR chance to show what you can do and help to throw the best party that will be talked about for years to come when you look back on your school days!

Well, we don't want to tell you how to have fun - that's your bag - but what we can do is give you a bit of help and expertise in pulling together a fantastic night and an exciting time for everyone. You tell us what you want and we can make it happen…but if you left it us, we could suggest a couple of options - something like this always works:

- Exclusive use of the dining suite with tables dressed and decorated and dancefloor

- Private bar, fully staffed and supervised serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

- Top DJ playing whatever music style you want, plus requests

- The services of our outstanding photographer who'll work with everyone to create the best images and memories of your night

Birthdays, anniversaries & other party occasions!

Sometimes you don't need any reason to have a get together and a party, but when it's a 21st, 30th, 40th or even 60th birthday, a retirement party, silver wedding anniversary or other such occasion….we want to help you celebrate!

With a party at Franklin's Gardens you get our complete attention to ensure all the little details and touches are included to personalise it and really make a special occasion. We also have our special Party Package in the Heroes Lounge, perfect for between 50 and 150 people and includes:

- Exclusive use of our party suite with tables dressed and decorated

- Private bar, fully staffed and supervised

- Security and cleaning costs - you so turn up, have the party and then leave - we'll clear up!
