Community News Shakespeare Works! returns to Saints Study Centre

Following the huge success of festivals in previous years, the Saints Study Centre are pleased to announce the return of The Kieron Jones Theatre and Films Company to Franklin’s Gardens for Shakespeare Works! LIVE in November 2013.

Kieron and his actors work in the UK and around the world providing interactive drama sessions and performances that reach 10,000 children every year. He is the man behind the critically acclaimed ­lm and lesson plan package for schools Shakespeare Works! which is distributed here in the UK and worldwide. (see below form for special discount*)

Shakespeare Works! LIVE consists of a 100% interactive theatre workshop.It's fast, exciting, in your face, authentic Shakespeare with the original language, costume and music, climaxing in a performance of Shakespeare’s classic Macbeth. This great event brings together children from schools across Northamptonshire to understand and enjoy the magical world of Shakespeare!

The next Shakespeare Festival takes place on Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th November, 2013. There will be two sessions on each day from 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 3pm for Years 5 to 6 and 7 to 8. The price is just £250 per group (max 30 children, extra students £8 each).

Please note that you will have to provide your own transport to and from the Saints Study Centre. We only have limited spaces available on each day so please get in touch ASAP to make sure you don’t miss out!
