Rugby News North to start Wales’ Springbok challenge

Saints wing George North has been named in the Wales starting XV to take on South Africa on Saturday evening as their autumn series gets underway at the Millennium Stadium.

North will be one of 11 players from the off who were also part of head coach Warren Gatland’s British and Irish Lions squad from the summer and will pick up his 32nd cap – despite still being just 21-years-old.

One new face in an otherwise vastly experienced starting line-up will be Ospreys wing Eli Walker, who having faced off against North at the Gardens last month will make his Test debut on the opposite wing to the Saintsman.
