Rugby News North in for Wales

Saints wing George North will be part of a 32-man Wales squad that will look to make history by becoming the first side to win the Six Nations championship outright three years on the bounce.

Of the squad, 28 have been involved in previous title winning campaigns and their latest defence begins at home against Italy.

North - who has now registered 15 tries in his 35 caps, including a brace against Australia on his last Millennium Stadium turnout – is now regarded as one of the senior members of Warren Gatland’s backs division, despite still being just 21.
