Team News Youth and experience to challenge the Army

The Northampton Saints team has been named for this evening's Mobbs Memorial Match against the British Army.

The team, which will be captained by Ross McMillan for the first time, features players from the first team squad, Senior Academy and Junior Academy.

McMillan is joined by Paul Diggin, Fa'atoina Autagavaia, James Craig, Rob Verbakel and Teimana Harrison in the starting line-up. But as with the Mobbs Memorial Match two years ago youth is being given its chance, too.

Under-18 internationals Harry Mallinder (England) and Rory Hutchinson (Scotland) team up in the centres, with Junior World Champions Alex Day (scrum-half) and Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi (prop) also starting. England Under-20 fly half Sam Olver and wing Tom Collins also have the chance to build up game time in black, green and gold, as do Adam Parkins, Matt Williams and Jacob Conner.

There is no compulsory entrance charge for this evening's game, which kicks off at 7:45pm, but everyone who attends is encouraged to donate towards the charitable aims of the Mobbs Memorial Trust, which receives all proceeds from the game.
