Fixture News Match Day Guide – Saracens v Saints

The Aviva Premiership returns with a bang on Sunday as the Saints head to Saracens for a first versus second clash at Allianz Park. Here’s everything you need to know about the mouth-watering Round 19 clash…

VENUE Allianz Park

KICK OFF 2.00pm

TV Live on BT Sport, with text commentary at www.saintslive.co.uk

ACTION PREVIEW The big games keep coming thick and fast and having secured a European home semi-final of their own last weekend, Saracens will no doubt be on a high for Sunday afternoon following their excellent display at Ulster.

As well as being top two in the table, Sarries (53) and the Saints (52) are also the league’s top two try scorers.

Couple that with mean defences (Saints 1st, 22 tries conceded; Saracens 4th, 27 tries conceded) and you see that there is certainly very little between the teams!

Saints have overcome Saracens in each of their last four meetings, including last season’s semi-final at Allianz Park, but the hosts will head into the game on a run of five straight Aviva Premiership wins – their last defeat coming at home to London Irish in February

TICKETS Tickets for this game will remain on sale directly from Saracens right up until kick off. If you want to book in advance CLICK HERE and purchase online

CAR PARKING There is NO on-site parking at Allianz Park.

Supporters are encouraged to use one of the Saracens Shuttles running from Mill Hill Broadway, Mill Hill East and Edgware. CLICK HERE for a Saracens Shuttle timetable and important Underground information - including a closure on the Northern line to Mill Hill East.

An advisable route from Northampton is to head for Luton Airport Parkway (J10 M1) and catch the First Capital Connect to Mill Hill Broadway

BARS AND CATERING A whole host of food options are available around Allianz Park – Saracens have their very own award winning beef and ale pie no less! – as well as burgers from Laverstock Organic Farm. Real ales and ciders are also available from a number of bars within the stadium
