Club News Ticketing details confirmed for Amlin Challenge Cup final

Northampton Saints has announced that Season Ticket Holders who attended Friday night’s Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final will have first priority on ordering tickets for the competition’s final.

The Saints will play Bath at Cardiff Arms Park on Friday, May 23rd, with ticket prices as follows:
Terrace: £20
Seats: £40 or £45

With ERC having had tickets for the game on sale since September there is only a relatively limited number of tickets still available, and there are no concession or junior prices.

Season Ticket Holders who supported the club at the semi-final at Franklin’s Gardens will have a priority booking period that begins at 12noon on Tuesday, April 29th and lasts until 12noon on Friday, May 2nd, to book their places in the final.

Other Season Ticket Holders will then have between 9am on Saturday, May 3rd and 5pm on Tuesday, May 6th as a priority booking period.

Any remaining tickets will then go on sale at 12noon on Wednesday, May 7th.

All tickets are subject to a £1.50 handling and administration charge, and although the Saints Ticket Office will be taking orders both online and in person from 12noon on Tuesday, April 29th, the club does not know when it can expect to receive the physical tickets, so they will need to be posted out.

As with all seven other finals that the Saints have played in over the past seven years, tickets will be sold on a best available basis; supporters will not be able to choose a specific seat.

Season Ticket Holders will be limited to one ticket per person; if they wish to order on behalf of other Season Ticket Holders and to be sat or grouped together either:
- Email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk with all names and customer numbers of the relevant Season Ticket Holders, together with the daytime telephone contact number of the person paying for the tickets
- Come to the Ticket Office in person during opening hours with the Season Cards of all of the relevant Season Ticket Holders

The Saints Ticket Office is open during the following times:
Mon-Weds: 12noon-5pm
Thurs: 12noon-7pm
Fri: 9am-5pm
Sat: 9am-12noon
Sun: Closed

The Saints Ticket Office will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5th.

Orders can also be made at www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/buytickets, although Season Ticket Holders will only be able to book one ticket via their online account.

As with the semi-final, the club’s management is aware that 2013/14 has already been an expensive season for many supporters after the LV= Cup semi-final and final, with another Aviva Premiership semi-final also to come.

Although the club cannot change ERC’s ticket prices, the decision has been made to heavily subsidise coach travel between Franklin’s Gardens and Cardiff Arms Park, and tickets will be available at £10 per person at the same time as match tickets.

With Friday, May 23rd being the start of the school half-term and a bank holiday weekend traffic is expected to be heavy, and with no public car parking available at Cardiff Arms Park and limited post-match trains from Cardiff into England, using the club coaches is the recommended mode of transport.

Precise departure times are to be confirmed, although it is anticipated that coaches will leave Franklin’s Gardens in the late morning to allow plenty of time for the anticipated traffic en route to Cardiff.
