Mark Hopley

Mark Hopley joins the Saints Academy coaching staff after having retired from full-time playing in the summer of 2010. In doing so he became the first member of the original RFU Academy group to become a coach at an Aviva Premiership Rugby club.

Mark, who joined the club's Academy in 2005, played over 50 times for the Saints and took a leadership role with the Wanderers in 2010, helping the youngsters in the squad - many of whom are joining the Senior Academy ahead of the 2010/11 season - adapt to the rigours of top class rugby. He has also coached several junior clubs in the area, including Milton Keynes and Stewart and Lloyds.
