The Saints' Live Like A Saint workshops focus on meeting the criteria of the GCSE, B-Tech, AS/A Level Syllabus for P.E or Sport Studies.

Schools or Colleges visit Franklins Gardens for either a day or half a day, and begin their trip with a full tour of the stadium. The tour encompasses a behind the scenes look at the changing rooms, trophy cabinets, physiotherapy suite, fitness gym, training
facilities and the player lounge.

The workshops cover a number of topics that can be adapted and changed to suit different areas of the curriculum / syllabus. At present the most popular workshop topics are:
• Strength & Conditioning
• Fitness & Testing
• Performance & Match Analysis
• Academy Set-up & Pathway to Excellence
• Diet & Nutrition
• Sports Psychology
• Drugs in Sport
• Marketing in Sport

Cost: £150 for a tour of Franklins Gardens & 1 workshop. Additional £50 per extra workshop.

Duration: 1 hour per workshop, 45 minutes per tour
