Northampton Saints : National and Local Projects

The Saints ran in eight tries as they demolished London Wasps and at the same time sealed their place in the LV= Cup semi-finals. First ever Saints tries for Andy Long, James Craig and a double from Noah Cato put the gloss on the dominant performance.

Saturday's game against London Wasps is crucial for the Saints and their LV= Cup ambitions, and as always with the cup competitions the qualification permutations are both straightforward and complex at the same time! Projects

The Saints is proud of its roots in the community that stretch all the way back to the club's founding as a boys' improvement class in 1880.

In the twenty-first century the Saints is as involved in the community as ever with a wide range of projects generated by the club and by Premier Rugby as a whole.

These projects use rugby to promote positive attitudes and healthy living, and are run in conjunction with a number of national bodies such as ChildLine, the Food Standards Agency and Drinkaware.
