An average of 65 stewards will be needed on match days next season to staff the new-look Franklin's Gardens.
The final phase of its redevelopment - the West Stand - will be completed by the first home league game against Newcastle Falcons on Saturday, September 7, 2002, when all 65 stewards will need to be in place for what should be Saints' largest gate yet.
Northampton Saints' match day safety officer Martin Girvan said: "We already have 45 stewards from the last few seasons, but we need to recruit 20 more to manage the increased ground capacity and new layout of the stadium.
"It is an opportunity for a man or women to become part of a successful team and to be trained and qualified to a national standard for stadium stewarding. Another advantage of becoming a steward at Northampton Saints is the opportunity to work at other stadiums. We sent at least six stewards to every international game at Twickenham last season."
Steward applicants should be aged between 18 and 55 and should call Saints reception on 01604 751543 for an application form. Interviews will be held in early August.
