Following the success of the previous Train Like a Saint course, the Saints Performance Department are once again opening the doors of the Saints gym to help fans get in great shape.
This is a unique opportunity for those Saints fans who want to take their training seriously and improve their fitness to a higher level. Although the sessions are ideal for sports people, anybody can enrol on the course.
Saints Strength and Conditioning coach Chris Hart said: “We want to offer a different training experience to what a commercial gym can provide, we want fans to get a taste of the kind of training methods we use to get our players so fit. Anybody can join, they just need to be motivated and committed and well take care of the rest!"
All sessions are designed and delivered by Saints Performance Department Strength and Conditioning coaches, who will the guidance and supervision necessary to ensure clients achieve their training and physique goals.
Sessions will operate on a group basis, however one-to-one sessions for those wanting specific and bespoke advice is available. Opportunities for dietary analysis, nutritional advice and lifestyle management will also be on offer with the package.
