Saints Elite Insurance Rugby Academies selling out quickly

The Northampton Saints Elite Insurance rugby camps get underway this week and whilst there are still places available, the camps are selling out quickly.

Although both the three and four-day camps at Franklin’s Gardens and Ipswich YM RUFC have sold out, as well as the five-day residential camp at Stowe School, there are still a limited number of places available at various one-day and three-day camps across the region.

Speaking about the forthcoming camps, Saints Community Officer, Will Parkin, said: “Everyone here at the Saints is really looking forward to the Elite Insurance rugby academies this year.

“We’ve seen our camps this year at Franklin’s Gardens go from 200 players last year to 240 this year. Our camp at Stowe School was sold out two months before the camp is due to take place with over 200 players coming for the week.

“For those that haven’t been on the Elite Insurance rugby camps before, it’s a great opportunity for you to build on the skills you already have and meet new friends that you’ll continue to come back with year after year.

“You also get to meet members of the playing squad, whether that’s the guys from the Academy that have been on the camps before or guys like Louis Picamoles who is new to the Saints and plays for France.”
