Dorian West

As a member of the all-conquering Leicester Tigers squad of the early-2000s and the England World Cup-winning squad of 2003 success is no stranger to Dorian West.

With the Tigers he won unprecedented back-to-back Heineken Cups as well as four consecutive Premiership titles. He won 21 caps and captained England in the build-up to the last World Cup. West was also called up to the 2001 British and Irish Lions tour to Australia.

West was appointed as a RFU National Academy coach upon his retirement from playing in 2003 and spent a year with the England U19s before joining Jim Mallinder in the England U21 set-up. Together they won the Grand Slam in 2006 and coached the England Saxons to Churchill Cup success before taking up his coaching position at Franklin's Gardens.
