Northampton Saints vs Bath Rugby

Bath get the ball away from the scrum this time and Ojomoh sends it dowfield. Skosan is there and he finds Freeman, the winger dinks through but Bath get on the ball first.

Coles is up for the lineout and Saints are almost through off the back of it as Litchfield and Hutchinson team up. But Saints knock on as they push into the Bath 22 and Bath will have the scrum. 

Huge shove at the scrum from Saints and they earn the penalty there. Furbank sends it into the corner.

Saints steal this one and come forwards but the knock on in contact and Bath will have the scrum. 

Scrappy at the lineout though and Bath come away with it. Richards sends it high and Skosan is under it. James sends it high himself but it heads straight out. Lineout Bath.

But Saints get over the ball and earn the penalty there. Furbank sends it to touch for a lineout back on the halfway line.

Bath work up to Saints' 22 off the lineout and keep pushing up to the five metre line now.

Bath earn a penalty at the breakdown off the lineout though and Ojomoh sends the ball to touch for a lineout inside Saints' half.

Furbank dinks over the top for Hutchinson to chase but Richards gets there first and breaks through. But as he's taken down, Saints get over the ball too and earn the penalty. Furbank sends it to touch for a lineout in Bath's 22. 

James sends the restart high off the back of the ruck and Bath get under it but Skosan is there in defence and Richards is forced to box high himself. Freeman is under it and Saints play on.

Coles, James and Litchfield enter play as we restart, with Ribbans, Mitchell and Dingwall making way. 

Hutchinson chips the ball over Dingwall and the centre gets close but Saints still push.

Richards sends the ball skyward off the lineout and Ratuniyarawa gathers. Saints push forwards before sending the ball high themselves. Richards sends the ball high again though underhill is under it, his offload finds Saints hands. The home side work up to the 22 now and keep coming.

Saints come forwards off the lineout and Sleightholme dinks through to chase. The ball heads into touch and the referee deems it to have come off Saints hands. Lineout Bath.

Biggar is replaced by Slieghtholme as we set the scrum.

Bath push over the halfway line off the lineout but they knock the ball on. Scrum Saints.

A huge shove from Saints but Bayliss manages to get the ball away. Richards clears off the base of the ruck but Skosan knocks the ball into touch as it comes down. Bath choose the lineout option.

Skosan breaks off the lineout and gets up to the Bath 22 but Saints knock on in the next phase and Bath will have the scrum.

Saints come forwards and Mitchell breaks free, working into the Bath 22 but Saints are turned over there and Richards boxes to touch. Lineout Saints.

Bath come forwards off the scrum but Saints push them back into their own half. And more pressure from Saints eventually forces the error from Bath, with the away side knocking the ball on. Scrum Saints as Wilkins returns now Matavesi's sin bin period is over.

Richards sends it high and Freeman is under it but Saints knock the ball on in contact. Scrum Bath.

Free kick Saints at the scrum and Biggar sends it long downfield. De Glanville is under it and Bath play on around the halfway line.

Fish replaces Wilkins so we can set the scrum. 

Not straight at the lineout from Bath and Saints will have the scrum. 

No conversion from Biggar out wide but Ribbans is under the restart and Saints push forwards before Mitchell sends it high. Bath gather and come back forwards and earn a penalty as Freeman is deemed to have deliberately knocked on. Ojomoh sends it to the corner.

Dingwall breaks through off the back of the lineout and Saints are pushing into Bath's 22 quickly. 

Bayliss is under the restart but Saints' defence is up quickly and Richards is forced to box clear. Lineout Saints just outside the Bath 22.

Bath take the resulting penalty quickly and push from close range.

Bath maul from the lineout before Dunn breaks free. Bath push from close range now.

Baht look to maul forwards off the lineout but Saints hold them out. Bath keep possession though and push forwards, they have another advantage coming though and we come back for it. Ojomoh puts the ball into the corner once more.

Auterac, Hill and Ratuniyarawa enter play as we set the lineout, with Waller, Painter and Moon making way.

Advantage coming for Bath from the lineout as they push into the Saints' 22 and eventually we come back for it. Ojomoh puts it back into the corner. 

We take a tackle in the build up to the TMO and Bath are awarded a penalty for a high tackle. Ojomoh puts it into the corner for a lineout there.

Ludlam gets over the ball as Bath play from the lineout and stripping the ball in the tackle, Saints play on. Saints come forwards out wide but with a head injury where the game is heading we pause. We'll restart with a Saints scrum. 

Ribbans steals the lineout and Saints push forwards but Bath get over the ball as it comes wide. Ojomoh sends the ball into touch for a lineout in Saints' half.

Biggar sends the ball clear from the restart, finding touch inside Bath's half. Lineout Bath there.

Penalty Bath at the maul that forms off the back of the lineout and Ojomoh sends the ball into touch for a lineout inside Saints' 22 this time.

Wilkins is up for the lineout and Saints come forwards quickly. But as Hutchinson pops the ball over the top to Skosan, the referee calls a forward pass. Scrum Bath.

Ojomoh sends the restart short but Saints get there first and push forwards before Mitchell sends it high. Bath gather and have an advantage coming as Saints are pinged for a high tackle and eventually we come back for it. Ojomoh sends the ball into touch for a lineout just outside Saints' 22.

Saints come forwards off the scrum and work up to the 22 now.

Free kick Saints at the lineout and Biggar sends it high. Hutchinson chases but the ball goes loose and Bath knock the ball on. Scrum Saints. 

Muir gets up as Bath restart but his tap back heads into touch. Lineout Saints. 

Saint break off the lineout again and push towards the 22 now.

Saints work up to just outside the 22 and Biggar sends a grubber through. But De Glanville is there and he clears to touch. Lineotu Saints back near halfway. 

Spencer sends the ball high off the back of the lineotu and Freeman is under it. But the ball comes forwards and Bath push forwards after gathering the loose ball. But after De Glanville chips through the advantage it over and  Saints play on again.

Ribbans steal the lineout and Augustus charges up the middle. Underhill turns over the ball but Ludlam is over the ball at the next phase and earns Saints a penalty. Biggar puts it into the corner but reverses it. De Glanville sends it to touch and Bath have a lineout instead.

Saints come forwards off the scrum but Freeman loses the ball in contact and Bath play on. Spencer sends the ball high and Freeman is under it but he's pushed into touch as he lands. Lineout Bath.

No conversion from Cipriani out wide though and Bath knock the ball forwards from the restart too. Scrum Saints on Bath's 22.

Saints defend hard again as Bath maul once more. But referee Karl Dickson pings Saints there again and Cipriani puts it into the corner again.

Bath look to maul and Saints seem to hold firm but they're pinged as it comes down. Cipriani sends the resulting penalty into the corner.

Biggar sends the ball downfield from the restart and finds touch well. Lineout Bath on halfway.

Ribbans is up for the lineout and Saints are up to the halfway line quickly. The ball comes wide right to Wilkins and the flanker charges down the wing to get Saints up to Bath's 22.
