Northampton Saints is always looking to improve how we can best serve our supporters, especially on match days, and is today launching a survey to help the club develop in the future.
This survey will cover a wide range of areas, from general satisfaction at the experience at Franklin’s Gardens on match days, the importance of what goes into the annual Season Ticket package and ticket pricing and purchasing. to what supporters think about the club’s communications, social media and marketing.
This survey is not just canvassing the opinions from regular match attenders and Season Ticket Holders, but also those people who are potential supporters, and to this end we also want to hear from them, what barriers there are to them coming to games and what will make them more likely to attend games next season.
Everyone who enters the survey before January 4th will be entered into a special draw to win a shirt signed by the 2016/17 Saints squad!
