Saintsmen lead England to record win

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

Dylan Hartley lifted the Cook Cup and Courtney Lawes was voted fans’ man of the match as England defeated old enemy Australia by a record margin at Twickenham.

The hosts scored twice late on to emphasise the gap between the two sides, Saturday's four-try success a fifth in a row against the Wallabies for Eddie Jones’ side.

Elsewhere it was a tough weekend for the Saints’ Islanders, all of whom tasted defeat in the second round of the Autumn Internationals.

Ace Tuala and Samoa were beaten in Romania, Nafi Tuitavake and Tonga went down to Japan and despite a spirited display in Dublin, Fiji were edged out late by Ireland, both Campese Ma’afu and Api Ratuniyarawa involved in the entertaining clash.
