Saracens qualified as the second seed thanks to a hundred-percent record in the pool stages, while Saints’ bonus point win over Wasps on Saturday saw them leap-frog Cardiff Blues into the third-place seed.

It is the third time that the Saints have met Saracens in the LV= Cup semi-finals, but the first time that such a fixture will have been played away from Franklin’s Gardens. It will also be the fifth time overall that the two clubs will have gone head-to-head in a major competition semi-final (twice in the LV= Cup, twice in the Premiership, once in the European Challenge Cup).

Ticket details will be announced in due course.

Two previous LV= Cup winners clash in the other semi-final, with 2012 champions Leicester hosting reigning title holders Exeter at Welford Road on Sunday, March 15th.

Four of the Premiership’s top six sides have made the LV= Cup semi-finals, so the final it is sure to be a cracking Gardens occasion on Sunday, March 22nd, whoever reaches it! Tickets are on sale now from just £10; book online 24/7 at www.tinyurl.com/LVFinal2015 using Print@Home to save the admin fees!
