Season Ticket sales set for record levels

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

It may be less than one month after having been launched but already over 3,500 Season Tickets have been booked, representing over £1 million of revenue to the club.

Hundreds of Season Ticket Holders have opted to join the club’s direct debit scheme, joining the 2,500-plus that are already paid for in this manner, and hundreds more supporters have committed their backing to the team for the first time by booking their place at every home game next season.

The Barwell Stand has also proven to be a popular addition to the options available at Franklin’s Gardens, with 450 seats (just under 25 percent) having been booked already.

The demand for Season Tickets is unprecedented, and if sales continue with their present rate then Saints could crack the 10,000 mark for the first time.

Chief executive Allan Robson says that the interest reflects both the team’s ongoing success on the field and developments off it.

“The team has been in excellent form this season, playing some outstanding and entertaining rugby, and this has been reflected in the ticket sales for each home game we’ve played this season,” he said. “Having sold-out crowds in turn means that supporters become more aware of the value of a Season Ticket in guaranteeing a place at all the big games and avoiding any disappointment in missing out.

“The direct debit scheme is also proving to be increasingly popular, too, with supporters recognising the ease of spreading their payments across 10 interest-free instalments. With a significant stadium development coming this summer, and the team at the top of the Aviva Premiership table and in the knockout stages of both cup competitions, this is certainly an exciting time!”

Season Tickets represent the best value-for-money means of watching the Saints, with massive savings per match compared to the standard ticket price. With a host of other benefits, including priority booking on any cup knockout tickets, automatic membership of the Saints Savers Club, the ability to enter a members’ only ballot for England home international tickets (non-World Cup), and discounts at the Saints Superstore and on room bookings at Franklin’s Gardens, Season Tickets are about much more than just match day.

The Legends Club is also proving popular, and places in this new addition to the Saints match day are already at a premium!

So join a cast of thousands at Franklin’s Gardens in 2015/16 from just £19.25 per month, and spread your payments through 10 interest-free direct debit instalments. But don’t wait, as the cut-off date for direct debit applications is close of business on Saturday, February 28th!
