Myler: It all comes down to this

Saracens are the semi-final visitors to Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday afternoon and the fly half is all too aware that the season hinges on what is set to be the latest in a line of crunch meeting between the two sides.

“It’s been a pretty good season for us so far, but it ultimately comes down to the next 80 minutes of rugby as to whether it’s a success or not,” Myler told SaintsTV.

“We’ve had some good battles with Saracens over the years and while results recently show that we’ve done well against them, it’s never been a case of us blowing them away. The games always seem to be tight and the key for us is to recognise that they are a quality side and respect that.

“Any of the teams at the top of the table can beat another on any given day, so we can’t afford to turn up and just expect it to happen. We have to be at our best, but we’re confident that if we can execute our gameplan we can come out on top.”

Tickets remain available for the 2pm kick off, a game which is heading for a 16th sell out from 16 at Franklin’s Gardens this season. Book online now by CLICKING HERE
