Saints masterclasses are designed to help young players develop specific skills in a high-performance environment, guided by professional coaches and occasionally joined by Saints and Lightning players.

Focus Areas Explained

• Kicking: Teaches players the mechanics and decision-making behind tactical and goal kicking, including accuracy, distance, and in-game application.
• Tackling & Breakdown: Focuses on safe and effective tackling techniques, as well as how to compete at the breakdown to retain or regain possession.
• Attack: Covers attacking strategies, including running lines, support play, and exploiting defensive weaknesses.
• Half-back Skills: Tailored for scrum-halves and fly-halves, this session hones passing accuracy, game management, and communication under pressure.
• Scrummaging: Builds technical understanding and physical conditioning for front-row players, with emphasis on body position, binding, and coordinated pushing.
