KEY DATES

Seat Renewal Deadline: Thursday 30 April (11:59am)

  • Supporters who held a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 campaign will have their seats reserved until 11:59am on Thursday 30 April.
  • If you wish to keep your current seat for 2026/27, or move to another available area of the stadium, please renew by this deadline. After this point, all seats will be released.

Premium Members Early Access: Friday 1 May (from 12pm)

  • Any remaining Season Tickets will go on sale to Premium Members at 12pm on Friday 1 May, giving them an exclusive five‑day early access window to purchase their packages.

General Sale: Wednesday 6 May (from 12pm)

  • Any unsold Season Tickets will be made available for general sale from 12pm on Wednesday 6 May.

DIRECT DEBITS

Automatic renewal

  • If you already pay for your Season Ticket by Direct Debit, you don’t need to do anything. Your Season Ticket will renew automatically, and the first of ten interest‑free monthly payments will be taken on Tuesday 31 March.

If you want to make changes

  • To move seats, update your payment details, or if you no longer wish to pay by Direct Debit, please email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk by 11:59pm on Tuesday 17 March. In your email, include; your name, your seat number and row, membership number, and a contact telephone number.

Setting up a new Direct Debit

  • If you are an existing Season Ticket Holder, and want to start paying monthly by Direct Debit, simply follow the How to Renew Online guide and choose ‘Direct Debit’ as your payment method at Step 5.

Important Dates for Direct Debit

  • Tuesday 17 March – Final day to change payment details or move seats if you currently pay by Direct Debit
  • Tuesday 17 March – Final day to set up a new ten‑month Direct Debit (new mandates after this date will have payments split pro‑rata across the remaining months up to 31 December 2026)
  • Tuesday 31 March – First of ten monthly Direct Debit payments collected

Single Sign‑On: Accessing Your Ticketing Account

  • To renew or purchase Season Tickets for 2026/27, all supporters will need to complete the Club’s Single Sign‑On (SSO) process.
  • This quick, one‑time update brings all your Saints platforms – including ticketing and the upcoming Club app – together under one secure login.
  • Even if you’ve been a Season Ticket Holder for many years, completing SSO is essential so we can improve account security, remove duplicate profiles, and make future services (including a digital Season Ticket) much simpler to use.

Season Ticket Cards

  • Having listened to feedback from our supporters, for the 2026/27 campaign onwards, Season Tickets will be digital and accessed through our soon-to-be-launched Northampton Saints app.
  • Your previous plastic card will no longer work, as we’re also upgrading our turnstiles at cinch Stadium this summer to improve entry speed and security.
  • Digital tickets will be quick, easy and free to use – but if you prefer a physical card, you can request one during the renewal process for a £10 fee.
  • Supporters who pay via Direct Debit will be automatically issued with a digital Season Ticket for the new campaign. If you would prefer a physical card, please email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk by 11.59pm on Tuesday 17 March, so we can add the card fee (£10) to your Direct Debit schedule.

How do I renew my Season Ticket?

Should supporters have any additional queries, or experience any issues renewing their Season Tickets, please email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.

How do I renew / purchase more than one Season Ticket?

All Season Tickets must be booked individually – with the full name, address, date of birth, email address and contact details of each Season Ticket Holder included on your account.

However, you can now renew/purchase multiple Season Tickets in one transaction, by first adding your friends or family members to your own ticketing account.

Please note; if you are already a Season Ticket Holder, but would like to add more Season Tickets to your account for the 2026/27 campaign, these will be available from 12pm on Friday 1 May – subject to availability.

Do I need to complete the Club’s Single Sign‑On to renew or buy a Season Ticket?

Yes. All supporters must complete our new Single Sign‑On (SSO) process before renewing or purchasing a Season Ticket – even if you’ve held one for many years.

This update brings all your Saints accounts under one secure login, making it easier to access your ticketing account, the upcoming Saints app, and future digital ticketing services. It also improves account security and helps us remove duplicate or outdated profiles.

What is the new loyalty discount for Season Ticket Holders?

For the first time, renewing Season Ticket Holders receive an exclusive loyalty discount worth £15–£25, varying by ticket category.

How does the loyalty discount appear during renewal?

The discount is automatically applied for all eligible renewing supporters – you will receive the ‘renew’ rather than the ‘new’ ticket rate.

Why has the price of my Season Ticket increased?

The Club has increased prices for the 2026/27 season to support our long‑term financial sustainability and reflect rising costs, but has:

  • Kept increases below the rate of inflation.
  • Benchmarked pricing against other Premiership clubs to ensure our Season Tickets remain exceptional value.
  • Continued to ensure affordability for families and young supporters.

Prices1 start from £250 for adults and £75 for children, plus booking fees.

When do new Season Tickets go on general sale?

General sale (subject to availability) begins at 12pm on Wednesday 6 May.

Why is availability limited this year?

Saints have achieved two consecutive full Season Ticket sell‑outs in 2024/25 and 2025/26, so availability is extremely limited for 2026/27.

Can I forward or resell my seat if I cannot attend a match?

Yes – you can use Ticket Forwarding or Re‑sale via your online ticketing account (Ticketmaster). For more information, please CLICK HERE.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Yes – Season Tickets can be renewed or purchased using a simple online Direct Debit process.

If you are renewing an existing Season Ticket, but would like to switch to pay by Direct Debit, simply follow the ‘How to Renew Online’ guide, and select ‘Direct Debit’ as your payment method at Step 5.

If you are purchasing a new Season Ticket, please select ‘Direct Debit’ at checkout (please note; Season Tickets will go on general sale from 12pm on Wednesday 6 May, subject to availability).

I paid by Direct Debit last season – what do I need to do?

Nothing. Your Season Ticket renews automatically. The first of ten interest‑free payments will leave your account on Tuesday 31 March.

What is the deadline to cancel or amend my Direct Debit?

To cancel, move seats, or change payment details, email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk by 11.59pm on Tuesday 17 March.

What if I set up a Direct Debit after 17 March?

Your payments will be split pro‑rata across the remaining months to 31 December 2026.

I am a Premium Member – when is my sales window for Season Tickets?

Saints’ Premium Members will be able to take advantage of a five-day early access window to purchase Season Tickets, once the window for current Season Ticket Holders to renew their seats has elapsed. 

Any remaining Season Tickets will go on sale for Premium Members at 12pm on Friday 1 May, five days before general sale begins at 12pm on Wednesday 6 May.

Will I receive a new Season Ticket card for 2026/27?

No – having listened to supporter feedback, from the 2026/27 season onwards Northampton Saints are moving to digital Season Tickets, which will be accessed through the Club’s new app (coming soon). 

We know this is a change for our supporters, but this new system is designed to make things quicker, easier and more convenient. Your Season Ticket will be available on your phone, so there’s no waiting for cards to arrive, and you’ll always have your ticket with you on matchday. 

Switching to digital ticketing also supports the Club’s commitment to becoming the most sustainable rugby stadium in the country, reducing the need to print thousands of plastic cards each year.

Will my previous Season Ticket card work for 2026/27?

No – your old Season Ticket card will not work from 2026/27 onwards.

In previous seasons we have been able to reactivate existing cards, but in the summer of 2026 we are making essential upgrades to the stadium, including the installation of brand‑new turnstiles. The current turnstile system is no longer fit for purpose at an elite venue. The new turnstiles will make entry to the ground faster, smoother and more secure for all supporters.

Your digital Season Ticket will automatically appear in the upcoming Northampton Saints app once you sign in with your Saints account details. There is no charge for using the digital ticket.

I am not comfortable using a digital Season Ticket – what are my options?

We understand that some supporters may prefer a physical card. If you would like to continue using a plastic Season Ticket card, you can request one during the renewal or purchase process for a £10 fee. Simply select the physical card option before checkout. Your card will then be printed and posted to you ahead of the new season, usually in August.

This ensures every supporter can choose the option that feels most comfortable – while still introducing a digital system that will make matchdays easier and more seamless for the majority.

What age do I have to be to qualify for a Concession / Young Adult / Junior / Child ticket?

Concession is aged 65 or over (or students), Young Adult is aged 19 to 30, Junior is aged 11 to 18, or Child is aged 3 to 10 – all as of 1 September 2026.

I’m buying a concession / age-group Season Ticket; do I need to send proof of age?

If you’re renewing an existing concession / age-group Season Ticket, and have previously supplied a copy of your ID, you will not need to do this again.

If you’re purchasing a new concession / age-group Season Ticket, we will require a copy of your ID. Please send a photo or scan of your ID, clearly showing your date of birth, to verification@northamptonsaints.co.uk. Your Season Ticket will not be activated until we have received proof of your age.

Can I buy a Child / Junior ticket for the terraces?

Yes, but please note there is a height restriction of 1.2m on the terraces.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

For information on our accessible seating options or to book wheelchair and companion tickets, please contact the Ticket Office by emailing TicketOffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.

Can I move my current Season Ticket seat?

Yes (subject to availability). Please contact the Ticket Office before Thursday 30 April by emailing TicketOffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk with your Membership number, detailing your current seat information and where within the stadium you would like to move. If you would like to discuss your options, please email and request a call back from the team.

When are existing Season Ticket Holders’ seats released?

Those who purchased a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 campaign will have their seats held until Thursday 30 April – if you want to keep your seat, you have until 11.59pm on this date to renew, before they are released.

What competitions and fixtures are included in my Season Ticket?

All of Northampton Saints’ home regular-season Gallagher PREM, PREM Rugby Cup and European games are included in your Season Ticket (during the 2025/26 season, this was 15 matches). Any preseason friendly fixtures hosted at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens are also included. Any additional knockout fixtures are not included, though you will have first refusal on your seat.

Can I renew car parking?

Yes, car parking will continue to be available to purchase seasonally. If you currently have a seasonal parking pass, we will contact you in the coming weeks. The deadline to renew will be 11.59pm on Thursday 30 April. 

Will I receive a new parking pass if I renew?

Yes, we will post a new car parking pass to you in advance of the new season, usually around August.

I do not currently have a seasonal car parking pass – can I purchase one?

Please contact TicketOffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk from Monday 1 June if you would like to make an enquiry about purchasing seasonal car parking. Availability is subject to the number of renewals made by current permit holders, as the Club is currently fully subscribed for seasonal car parking.

When does the season start?

The 2026/27 season will start in September 2026. Sign-up to our mailing list by CLICKING HERE and adjusting your communication preferences to be notified when fixtures are confirmed.

When does seasonal hospitality go on sale?

Captain’s Bar members can renew their packages for the 2026/27 season online during the Season Ticket renewal process.
