Northampton Saints will lock horns with Sale Sharks at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens for a fixture in March, the Club can today confirm.
When they meet on Friday 15 March (kick-off: 7.45pm), both sides will be looking to warm-up for the return of Gallagher Premiership action following the league’s hiatus during the Guinness Six Nations.
The men in Black, Green and Gold beat Sale 21-17 in a thrilling clash when the two clubs last met at the end of December, but it was the Sharks who were victorious (20-15) over Northampton earlier in the campaign up at the Salford Stadium, so with both fixtures decided by less than a score so far this season, March’s tie is set to be another cracker.
The fixture will be included in all 2023/24 Season Ticket Holders’ packages, as well as for anyone who has purchased a ‘Six Games, One Ticket’ bundle for 2024, with Saints ticket holders able to sit in their usual matchday seat.
Sale’s Season Ticket Holders will also be able to access the match as part of their membership – Sharks will contact their members directly in due course.
Match tickets will cost just £10* adult / £5* junior across all ticket categories, and go on sale week commencing Monday 22 January:
- Saints Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase extra tickets in their usual priority window from Monday (22 Jan).
- Saints Membership holders will be able to purchase tickets in another priority window from Wednesday (24 Jan).
- All remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Friday (26 Jan).
