A General Meeting (the Meeting) of Northampton Saints plc will be held at Franklin’s Gardens, Weedon Road, Northampton, at 10.00am on Friday 4 September 2026. The Meeting has been convened to consider resolutions concerning the replacement of the Company’s auditors.
Shareholders are welcome to attend the Meeting in person, and doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please note that, as the Meeting has been convened solely to consider the proposed resolutions, no wider shareholder presentation or discussion is planned on this occasion.
