Northampton Saints are delighted to reveal an all-new Membership and Rewards programme for our supporters.
The Saints Membership – which costs just £20* (adults) or £10* (juniors) – has a number of exclusive benefits including access to Saints Rewards, an innovative new programme in which you can earn loyalty points to redeem against limited-edition merchandise and money-can't-buy experiences, facilitated through an online app.
The Club has joined forces with Barclays and new partner Fortress GB, the sports loyalty and technology specialists, to deliver an initiative which ensures that supporters are rewarded with meaningful and unique benefits for their loyalty to – and engagement with – Northampton Saints.
Fortress GB are world-renowned market leaders in matchday operations and access control, and will also be improving the stadium infrastructure at Franklin’s Gardens to improve the experience and efficiency of supporters as they enter the ground.
Here is what you can look forward to as a Saints Member:

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (aged 16 or under) - £10* per season
- Free entry to any pre-season friendlies held at Franklin's Gardens
- 10% discount on Saints rugby camps
- A welcome letter from one of Saints' Club co-captains
- Access to Saints Rewards programme
- Exclusive Saints-branded Membership Card**
- A free Saints water bottle
All 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders will be automatically enrolled in the Saints Rewards programme in addition to their current Season Ticket Holder benefits – an email with further details on the new programme will be sent to you in due course.
Every Adult Saints Member will receive a Membership card** that also acts a pre-paid Visa card. Barclays will embed payment technology within the card***, meaning it can be used for all purchases at Franklin’s Gardens and the Saints Store, as well as anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment method. And by using your card for purchases within the stadium or Store, you will earn loyalty points that can be later redeemed for exclusive items and experiences.
In addition to engaging with the Club, Members will also have the opportunity to earn extra points by spending with their card at a host of affiliated brands, including but not limited to Sainsbury's, Boots, and BT Sport, as well as several of Northampton's own Club partners. Please note, while under-16s will be able to earn loyalty points, their Membership card will not be enhanced with Barclays’ payment technology.
The Saints Rewards app will go live ahead of the 2021/22 season and all Members – including 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders – will receive information on how to download this with their Membership cards.
Club partners and affiliate businesses will also be able to get closer to supporters by offering incentives and rewards directly through the Saints Rewards app – adding even more value to being a Saints Member.
