Fun and varied fitness sessions open to men and women who are looking for a new way to give their fitness a boost, ‘Shape Up With Saints’ runs four sessions each week throughout the year.
Sessions will be returning to cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens for the weekday sessions, while Saturday mornings will stay virtual and online via Zoom.
Led by a fully qualified Northampton Saints Community Strength & Conditioning Coach, ‘Shape Up With Saints’ provides a varied exercise programme that can be adapted to the needs of all participants. The programme is designed to help you improve your overall fitness and health through these rugby fitness classes.
Current sessions are being held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8pm and Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am. While Junior sessions take place for 14 to 17 year olds on Mondays at 6pm to 7pm. All classes can be booked online HERE or by using the booking system below.
Sessions are bookable on a Pay As You Go basis, a five-class bundle, or you can sign up to a month's worth of unlimited classes.
