Northampton Saints have launched a new website

Northampton Saints unveil new digital experience for supporters

Northampton Saints have today launched a revolutionary new digital ecosystem, making it easier than ever for supporters to stay connected with the Club and marking a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey.

Developed in partnership with digital strategy experts, Other Media, Saints have created a family of new websites – all powered by the market-leading Clubcast Fan Experience Platform – designed to give supporters a faster, simpler, and more engaging online experience.

At the heart of the upgrade are four new, dynamic websites:

  • A refreshed home for Northampton Saints – the central hub for all the latest news, fixtures, and content from the men’s team.
  • A dedicated website for Loughborough Lightning – showcasing the Club’s women’s team and their journey in elite rugby.
  • A bespoke site for cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens – highlighting the Club’s iconic home as a leading destination for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • A new website for Northampton Saints Foundation – sharing the inspiring work of the Club’s official charity and its impact in our community.

This multi-site approach ensures that all supporters and visitors to Saints receive a bespoke, relevant, and engaging online experience.

The websites have been built with supporters front of mind; they’re easier to navigate, quicker to load, and work seamlessly on both mobile and desktop. Supporters will soon also be able to use a single login for tickets, retail, preferences and their Club account – making everything more connected and convenient.

The Clubcast platform allows Saints full flexibility to surface dynamic content around fixtures and players, and better connect news, video, and commercial inventory.

Saints supporters can explore the Club’s new digital hub at the usual address (www.northamptonsaints.co.uk), with dedicated Saints mobile apps for iOS and Android also coming soon.

“Improving how we connect with our supporters is a top priority for the Club,” said Jack Miller, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Northampton Saints.

“These new websites offer a cleaner, faster experience and make it easier to follow Saints across both men’s and women’s rugby. They also help us showcase cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens as a leading venue in the region, and the inspiring work carried out by Northampton Saints Foundation.

“Working with Other Media has been a fantastic step forward for the Club – their expertise has helped us build something we’re really proud of, and we’re excited to keep developing this platform together in the future.”

George Crabb, Managing Director at Other Media, added: “Northampton Saints have a clear vision for their digital future, and we are thrilled to have helped them realise it with our Clubcast Fan Experience Platform.

“By creating distinct destinations for the Saints, Loughborough Lightning, and cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, we are empowering the Club to serve multiple audiences with relevant content while strengthening the overall brand.

“It has been a fantastic partnership to date, and we look forward to continuing to evolve the platform with the Club.”
