Northampton Saints have today launched a brand-new profile on TikTok, the world’s fastest-growing social media app, becoming the first Gallagher Premiership Rugby club to do so.
Named the UK’s most-engaging rugby club on social media – and fifth most-engaging overall sports team – by digital marketing experts Red Hot Penny for the 2018-19 season, Saints have broken new ground in launching their TikTok channel as part of the Club’s commitment to create entertaining and innovative digital content.

With the majority of users aged 24 and under, TikTok is the platform of choice for young people right now, allowing approximately 500 million monthly users to shoot, edit, and share 15-second videos jazzed up with filters, music, animation, and special effects.
TikTok is currently top of the app charts on iTunes and third on the Google Play store, with more active users than both Twitter and Snapchat.
