Director of Rugby Rhys Edwards has made just one change to his Loughborough Lightning side ahead of this Sunday’s clash with Harlequins.
Despite leading 19-7 at half-time during last weekend’s clash with Worcester Warriors, Lightning fell just short at Sixways to stay eighth in the Allianz Premier 15s table going into Round 10 of the competition.
And hooker Maja Meuller provides the only change to Edwards’ side as Loughborough prepare to take on third-place Harlequins, with Lightning’s starting line-up otherwise unchanged for Sunday’s match at Twickenham Stoop.
Props Leah Bartlett and Christine Belilse pack down together for the seventh week running to join Meuller in the front row, while internationals Emma Wassell and Morwenna Talling partner in Loughborough’s engine room once again.
Skipper Rachel Malcolm leads Lightning from the back row and join England’s Sadia Kabeya and Sarah Hunter there for the second consecutive week.
And Lightning’s backs remain unchanged: Jess Weaver and Helen Nelson steer the ship from the half-back berths, Fran Goldthorp and Bulou Mataitoga partner up in Loughborough’s midfield, and Carys Williams-Morris, Bo Westcombe-Evans and Chloe Rollie form the back three.
