Loughborough Lightning players will go head-to-head this weekend as USA take on Canada in the 2025 Pacific Four Series.
The opening round fixture at CPKC Stadium in Kansas kicks off at 12.30am UK time on Sunday 3 May, before Australia and New Zealand battle it out later that day.
Canada enter the competition as reigning champions having picked up a clean sweep wins in the 2024 edition.
Included in their starting line-up, and making her fourth appearance in 15-a-side rugby for Canada, is Lightning’s Krissy Scurfield.
The 21-year-old scored 14 tries in just 12 games in her debut season in Premiership Women’s Rugby, and recently extended her contract into the 2025/26 campaign.
Scurfield will go up against three of her club mates in the eagerly-anticipated international showdown.
Kathryn Treder packs down at hooker for her 26th cap, Alev Kelter makes her 28th senior international appearance at inside centre while Bulou Mataitoga is picked at fullback for her 23rd cap.
