Northampton Saints vs Gloucester Rugby

Tupai sends the ball skywards and May marks it. He takes the kick quickly though and Thorley breaks through. But Hastings' hack through finds Furbank first and Saints push back to halfway with seconds left.

Coles is the target in the lineout again and Dingwall scrambles forwards off the back of it. Augustus pushes up to halfway and Furbank sends the ball into space in behind. Gloucester return and push on the halfway line again.

Gloucester look to maul forwards but Saints hold firm and Augustus gets over the ball just after to earn the penalty too. Furbank sends it to touch for a lineout back near halfway. 

Coles is up for the restart but Gloucester get over the ball and earn the penalty. Twelvetrees sends it into the corner for a lineout there.

Coles steals the lineout though and Augustus charges forwards again. Dingwall barges forwards and Saints push again.

Coles takes the lineout and Augustus breaks through to get play over the halfway line. Furbank hacks it through and though Saints get up in defence, Coles is found offside. Twelvetrees sends the ball into touch for a lineout .

Gloucester push forwards off the lineout but knock the ball on in contact and Saints are awarded a penalty there too. Furbank sends it to touch for a lineout back near halfway.

We restart with a penalty to Gloucester on the halfway line and Twlevetrees sends it to touch for a lineout just inside Saints' 22.

Gloucester push forwards off the lineout into Saints' 22 and keep coming.

Tupai clears off the back of the lineout and Gloucester have the lineout just outside Saints' 22.

No try from the TMO as May is found to be in touch. Lineout Saints on their own five metre line.

Gloucester think they've scored but we're with the TMO to see if May is in touch as he dots it down.

Wood is up for the lineout and Dingwall pushes forwards off the back of it. Saints work slowly up to the Gloucester 22, with Augustus pushing them into it.

Hutchinson makes way as we set the lineout, with Tuala entering the field in his place. 

May dances forwards but a huge hit from Augustus sees the ball in Dingwall's hands. He charges forwards before Saints patiently build the phases. Tupai dinks the ball through into space and Gloucester take their linnet quickly. Varney clears off the back of of the ruck. Lineout Saints just outside the Gloucester 22. 

Gloucester maul from the lineout and have an advantage coming, eventually we come back for it and Evans sends the ball into touch for a lineout but missed touch. Collins is there and he sends it back Glocuester's way.

A change at scrum-half as we set the lineout, with Tupai replacing Mitchell.

We restart with a Saints scrum and the ball comes wide to Collins. But the winger is isolated and Gloucester get over the ball. Evans sends the penalty to touch for a lineout on halfway. 

Ribbans heads off for a HIA and Coles comes on in his place.

Saints take the lineout and push forwards but calls of a head injury to Ribbans out wide pauses play.

It's a huge shove and a penalty at the scrum for Saints! Grayson sends it to touch for a lineout just outside the Gloucester 22. 

Ratuniyarawa is up for the restart and Saints push forwards but are pinged as they appear to maul forwards. Scrum Gloucester. 

Gloucester take the restart but Hill gets straight over the ball and earns the penalty. Grayson points to the posts.

Fish leaves the field as we set the lineout, with Haywood coming on in his place.

Gloucester push off the scrum and work into Saints' 22 but Ludlam steals the ball at the ruck. But Gloucester get over the ball to earn a penalty and Evans sends it into the corner for a lineout there.

Good shove from Saints at the scrum but Gloucester manage to steal the ball. Meehan clears and Furbank returns but the fullback's kick heads past the deadfall zone and we come back for a Gloucester scrum where he kicked it.

Free kick at the scrum fro Gloucester and Meehan sends it high. The ball is knocked on by Gloucester hands as it comes down. Scrum Saints just inside the Gloucester half. 

Saints look to maul off the lineout but Gloucester hold firm and earn the put in at the scrum.

More replacements for Saints and it's a debut for Augustus as he becomes Saints #2034 as he replaces Harrison.

Gloucester gather the restart but Harrison strips the ball in a tackle and Mitchell sends it high. Gloucester return it and Furbank sets off again. He reaches the Gloucester 22 before offloading to Dingwall. Saints come back towards the left touchline but the ball comes loose and Gloucester send it to touch. Lineout Saints just outside the Gloucester 22. 

Penalty for Saints off the restart and Mitchell taps it quickly. Furbank dances down the right before Proctor barges his way into the Gloucester 22. 

Good defence from Saints off the lineout and Gloucester lose the ball forwards. Scrum Saints just inside the Gloucester half.

Gloucester claim the restart and Meehan sends the ball high. Collins is there to gather but he's pushed into touch as he lands. Lineout Gloucester on halfway. 

Gloucester claim the scrappy ball at the restart and earn a penalty as Saints fail to roll away. Evans points to the posts.

Evans gets us restarted here at the cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens.

Ludlam is up for the lineout but Saints knock the ball on as it comes down. Scrum Gloucester.

Just enough time for Grayson to send the resulting penalty to the corner for the lineout there.

Saints maul forwards into the Gloucester half before they earn another penalty as Gloucester change their bind in the maul. Grayson sends the penalty into touch for a lineout inside Gloucester's 22

Clement intercepts off the back of the lineout and he races forwards. But Grayson gets back to make the try-saving tackle and Saints get over the ball for the penalty too. Lineout Saints back near halfway to restart.

Ribbans is quickly up at the lineout and there's another advantage coming for Saints as the ball comes off the top. Grayson sends it to touch again after we come back for it. Lineout Saints just outside the Gloucester 22.

Pressure from Saints at the scrum but Gloucester keep the ball. Meehan sends the ball high and it's a Gloucester lineout as the ball finds touch just inside the Saints 22.

Free kick Saints at the scrum and Mitchell takes it quickly. Saints come wide but the ball goes forwards as it gets there. Scrum Gloucester this time. 

Meehan clears the ball at the restart and Proctor is there again. Mitchell sends the ball high but as Moyle collects and comes forwards he knocks the ball on. Scrum Saints.

No conversion from Evans though and Grayson restarts things here.

Overthrown at the lineout but Gloucester still claim it. Meehan sends it high and Proctor is there. He does well to keep the ball in and find Furbank. The fullback darts forwards but the ball comes loose in the next phase and Gloucester play on. 

Saints come forwards but the ball bobbles into touch as it heads wide again. Lineout Gloucester in their own 22. 

Grayson sends the resulting penalty to touch for a lineout just inside Glocuester's 22. 

Scrappy at the lineout though and Gloucester collects and clear. 

Ribbans takes the lineout and Saints push forwards with another advantage coming. The ball comes loose as it goes wide and we come back for the penalty. Grayson puts it in the corner again.

Eventually we come back for the advantage though and Grayson put the ball in the corner for a Saints lineout there.

Ribbans is up to steal the lineout and Saints have an advantage coming too as they continue to push forwards.

Gloucester try to maul from the lineout but Saints hold firm. Gloucester box the ball high and Saints come forwards in to space down the right. Hutchinson, Dingwall and Proctor race forwards before Proctor's grubber through finds touch. Lineout Gloucester just outside their own 22. 

Saints get up and steal the lineout but as they inch closer the ball comes free. Gloucester are awarded a penalty for a high tackle as they scoop it back up and Evans clears for a lineout back near halfway.

Another solid scrum and Grayson dinks through into touch. Lineout Gloucester in their own 22. 

Gloucester look to come forwards off the lineout but knock the ball on in contact. Scrum Saints on the halfway line.

Gloucester work their way into Saints' half and keep pushing forwards but Saints strip the ball int he tackle and Grayson sends the ball downfield. Collins is in chase but Thorley gets there first. Meehan sends the ball high and though Furbank is there, he's pushed into touch as he lands. Lineout Gloucester on halfway. 

Not straight at the lineout from Saints though and Gloucester have the scrum just inside their own half. 

Advantage coming for Saints and after the inch further forwards and eventually we come back for it. Hutchinson takes over kicking duties to send the penalty to touch. Lineout Saints.

Gloucester think they've scored after Meehan darts through after the ball finds him off the top of the lineout. But a trip to the TMO deems the pass to have been forwards so we'll restart with a Saints scrum on their own 22.

Overthrow at the lineout from Gloucester and Moon is there but the ball comes loose at the resulting ruck and Grayson is forced to clear. Lineout Gloucester on Saints' 22. 

Penalty Gloucester at the lineout though Evans sends it to touch for a lineout inside Saints' half. 

Solid scrum from both teams and Mitchell sends the ball to touch off the back of it. Lineout Gloucester inside their own half. 

Scrappy ball at the restart eventually finds Gloucester hands but they knock the ball on as they press into Saints' 22. Scrum Saints then. 

Saints push forwards from the restart before Mitchell sends the ball high. Gloucester collect and send the ball skyward against straight away. But they're in front of the kicker as the ball comes down and Saints have another penalty. Grayson sends this one to touch for a lineout on Gloucester's 22. 

Grayson's kick to touch doesn't quite make it there but huge defensive pressure from Saints sees the home side get over the ball again and earn a penalty in Gloucester's 22 this time. Grayson points to the posts.

Saints send the ball high off the back of the lineout and Thorley breaks through. He's taken down by Mitchell though and Furbank gets over the ball to earn Saints the penalty there.

Ribbans gets close in the lineout but Gloucester keep possession and push forwards before Evans hacks it through to touch. Lineout Saints in their own 22. 

The ball goes high of Meehan's boot again and this time Grayson is under it. There's space out wide and the ball find Hutchinson in it quickly. The centre speeds forwards before finding Ribbans inside him. The lock is penalised as he barges towards the line though and Gloucester send it to touch. Lineout Gloucester on halfway. 

Gloucester claim the kick-off and Meehan box kicks high. Collins is there but he has company in the air and Gloucester manage to keep possession.
