Voting is now open for the ‘Michael Jones Jeweller Player of the Month’ prize for January, with supporters able to vote for the Saint they believe made the biggest contribution to kick-off the New Year.
The competition will remain open for one week before the winning player is announced by Northampton Saints and Michael Jones, with a prizegiving ceremony taking place for the winning player at Franklin’s Gardens at an upcoming game.
Michael Jones are also offering a special prize for those that vote for the award; one lucky supporter who votes for their Player of the Month will be selected at random and win a £50 voucher to spend in store.
January proved to be a fruitful month for the Men in Black Green and Gold. Having began 2020 with the heart-stopping late win at Wasps, Chris Boyd's side then secured a first Champions Cup quarter-final since 2016, turning over Benetton and Lyon in back-to-back weeks
And from the four matches over the course of the month, Saints’ coaches have nominated Mikey Haywood, Alex Moon, Taqele Naiyaravoro and Cobus Reinach for their outstanding performances.
